No Carb Cheesecake-type dessert

Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup heavy whipping cream1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese15 oz container or 2 cups of whole milk ricotta cheese4-6 Tablespoons truvia1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or 1/2 vanilla bean, soaked in 1 tablespoon boiled water and minced to fine bits)
Directions
Spray a cake pan (9x13) with Pam

In a blender, add eggs and cream, blend until smooth.

Add Cottage Cheese. Blend until smooth again.

Add Vanilla and Ricotta Cheese. Blend until smooth.

Add Truvia (I like 4 Tablespoons which is not terribly sweet. My mother prefers more, so the 6 Tablespoon measurement).

Pour into prepared cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you would like.

Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, until browned on top and there are small cracks in the top.

BETTER WHEN Chilled for several hours.
