400g baby pearl potatoes halved30g xtra light mayo25g mustard mayo3tbs light caesar dressing0.5cup spring onions finely chopped
simply boil potatoes until soft. whilst cooking mix all other ingredints together (season to taste) allow the potatoes to cool enough to handle. cube the potatoes and mix into all other ingredients. serve warm (my fave) or chilled. you can easily add any other ingredient you like (peppers or jealapenos etc) even grated cheese if your diet allows. i serve mine with grilled lamb steaks so add a little mint sauce to the mix!
