Broccoli slaw salad with cranberries and almonds

Ingredients
1 pkg Broccoli slaw1/4 C. slided almonds1/4 C. dried cranberries3 Tbls. mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)1 Tbls. olive oil3 Tbls. cider vinegar1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard3 Tbls. splenda
Directions
Heat almonds in a skillet over medium heat just until a little brown (shake pan or stir so that almonds do not burn.) Or use dry roasted almonds. In a medium bowl add broccoli slaw, almonds, and dried cranberries.
In small bowl stir together mayo (or yogurt), olive oil, rice vinegar, dijon mustard, and splenda. Pour over broccoli slaw, stir until all ingredients are coated. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 min. or longer (to let flavors meld) before serving.
