Salsa Con Queso Macaroni

Ingredients
3 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni1 Jar Salsa Con Queso Dip Medium1 Can Black Beans1 Can Ro-Tel Tomatoes with green chilies1 TBS Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Directions
Cook Elbow macaroni, 8-10 minutes. Cool. I put mine in the fridge for a day. Microwave con queso in microwave safe dish 1-3 minutes. Add to Cooled macaroni. Rinse Black Beans. Add to macaroni and cheese. Drain Ro-Tel tomatoes. Add to the mixture. Blend all together. If desired, garnish with Tortilla Chips and Sour Cream.
