Mushroom and Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
2 large eggs beaten half a cup of fresh spinachhalf a cup of fresh white mushrooms2 tablespoons of choopped onion2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper (any color)2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese or any cheese you preferSalt and pepper to flavor
Directions
I saute all the vegetables in a tablespoon of olive oil before I put them in the omelette so they are more tender. When the vegetables are sauteed sit them aside. I let the eggs cook a little while before I put the vegetables and cheese on it so it is easier to cook and flip.
