Portabella Mushrooms, fresh, 1 largeTomato Sauce, 1 tablespoonChopped mixed vegetablesProvolone Cheese, 1/2 ounce Garlic powder sprinkleBasil,sprinkle
Pre-heat oven to 400 farenheit. Carefully remove stems from large portabella mushrooms, place on cookie sheet, flat side up. Top with 1 TBSP tomato sauce, sprinkle with garlic and basil, add veggies and cheese. Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
