Nancy's Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 cup lite mayo1 tsp. mustard1/2 tsp. celery seed1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup sliced celery1/2 cup dill relish2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped2 cups uncooked macaroni
Directions
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain.

Mix everything except macaroni. Toss with macaroni. Chill
