4L of 2% milk, juice of 2 lemons.
Put the milk in a pot and let it boil then add juice from 2 lemons. Let it cool down for about 15 minutes. Then take a cheese cloth and place it over a pot and poor the milk through the cheese cloth.Carefully lift the cheese cloth by its edges making sure to not spill any cheese. Tie the cheese cloth and hang it over the whey.Let it drain for the day or overnight, and you have yourself some tvorog.
