Organic Spinach 3-egg omelet

Ingredients
2 whole eggs1 egg white1/2 cup of sauteed spinach
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk eggs together well. Add the sauteed spinach. Add salt & pepper if desired. Pour into omelet pan or small 6 inch fry pan. Cook over medium heat approximately 3-4 minutes. Then carefully flip and cook another 3-4 minutes or until firmly set and lightly brown. Remove from pan onto plate.
