Corn, Avocado & Black Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
8 6 inch corn tortillassalt1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed1 cup frozen corn, defrost1 small ripe avocado, peel, pit2 Tbsp finely chopped ciantro2 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp lime juice1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1/2 cup of shredded chedder
Directions
preheat oven to 350 then put tortillas on baking sheet, mist with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. bake for 5-7 mins. in a bowl combine beans,corn,avocado,cilantro,olice oil, lime juice and red pepper. top tortillas and then put the cheese on and put back into oven until melted
