Cantalope Glaze

Ingredients
1 cup chopped Cantalope1 tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic4 tbsp honey1/2 cup water2.5 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender until completely liquid
pour into sauce pan and bring to a boil
lower the heat and simmer about 10-20 minutes stirring occassionally until Glaze thickens. Remove from heat and enjoy.
