Strawberry Pretzel Salad - Gluten/Dairy Free

16 ounces Frozen Strawberries1 Large Box Strawberry Jello2 cups boiling water8 ounces tofutti cream cheese1 cup rice milk1 cup tapioca flour2 1/2 cup glutino pretzels12 tbsp butter or margarine3 tbsp sugar
Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, milk, and flour together. Spread on pretzel base. Let cool. Mix strawberries, water, and jello. Pour gently on top. Let it cool.
