Michael's Mandarin Orange Stuffing

Ingredients
1 C raw onion1 C raw celery3 T unsalted butter3 cans of Mandarin Oranges, including juice15 slices of whole wheat bread
Directions
Crumble 15 slices of whole wheat bread. Separately, saute onion & celery in butter, then add to bread. Add 3 cans of mandarin oranges, including juice. Bake as a side dish or stuff chicken or turkey with the stuffing.
