Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 tbsp. saltdash pepper1 lb. ground beef1 lb. ground pork1 lb. ground turkey1 onion, chopped fine4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/2 c Oat Meal 1 minute2 cloves crushed Garlic1/4 c Seasoned Bread Crumbs - Italian Style2 eggsFOR GRAVY:2 cups beef broth1/2 cup butter1/2 cup flour1 can evaporated milk
Directions
Mix thoroughly all ingredients for meatballs. Form into 2 inch balls and bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until baked through.
For Gravy: In large saucepan, melt butter. Add flour. Mix in evaporated milk and beef consomme. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat until desired thickness. Serve over meatballs.

Serving Size: Yield depends on size. I typically make 2" meat balls.
