Gram's Egg Salad

4 hard boiled eggs1 cup reduced fat sour cream2 Tbl. vinegar4 tsp. sugar1 head iceberg lettuce med. size
serves 6 to 8 people
Tear up lettuce into large bowl. Dice egg whites and set aside. Sieve egg yolks and add sour cream, vinegar, and sugar mix well. Stir in egg whites. pour over pieces of lettuce and toss.
