Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1/3 C olive oil, divided1 lb round steak, thinly sliced bitesFlour9 oz. grams Onions, sliced thinWater2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat1 1/2 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp. black Pepper1 tsp Garlic, minced
Directions
Heat 1/2 of the olive oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Using 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper to season beef. Roll in flour, then fry in olive oil. When browned, remove beef from pan. Saute onions in remaining oil until onion is transparent. Place beef back in pan, add water to almost cover. Add sour cream and mix well. Add remaining salt & pepper and minced garlic. Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
