Ingredients
1/4c light white / yellow miso (sodium reduced)1/3pkg (115g) silken lite tofu2T egg creations (or egg whites)1T sesame oil1T sesame seeds1t wasabi1t ginger paste1t onion flakes (or 1T chopped onion)1/2c rice vinegar (no sugar added)1/4c water2pk sweetener2T erythritol+/- salt & pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients into blender cup & process till smooth.
Refrigerate in dressing container (label date).
Use within 1-2wks.
