Grandma's Honey muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar 3 tsps. baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 egg1 cup skim milk1/4 cup honey'1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry mixture just until moistened.
Fill lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake @ 400 for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from pan to a wire rack.
