Raspberry Cobbler

Ingredients
2 Cups White All Purpose Flour1 Cup Splenda for Baking1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 Tablespoon Light Butter melted1 Large Egg2 Cups Fresh Raspberries
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine the remaining ingredients except Raspberries. Combine the wet mixture into to dry and blend thoughly as batter will be very stiff. Gently fold in the fresh Raspberries and put batter into a greased 8'x8' glass baking dish. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm with a dollop of FF Cool Whip on top. Makes 9 peices when cut into squares.
