Ingredients
Chicken BreastFat Free Miracle WhipReduced fat or no fat Sour Creamcucumberapplegrapesblack pepper
Directions
Season boneless, skinless chicken breast and bake through.
Let chicken cool.

While chicken cools, chop
1 cup apple
1 cup grapes
1 cup cucumber
1/2 cup walnuts

Shred cooled chicken and combine with chopped items. Add sour cream and mayo and stir. Top off with black pepper and serve chilled.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 10 regular sandwiches
