Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 4 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Directions
Cook potatoes, celery and onions until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and add seasoning to taste.
