Grilled Japanese Eggplant

Ingredients
4 Japanese eggplants cut in half lengthwise3 cloves of garlic1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp sesame oilPepper to taste
Directions
Marinate the eggplant for 1 hour in the rest of the ingredients. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until tender.

I'm not sure how much of this marinade will get flushed so the calorie count on this probably isn't exact.
