80 grams cream cheese (mascarpone)100 grams heavy whipping cream16 grams dry cocoa powder1 tbsp sugarfree vanilla syrup or an adequate amount of your favorite vanilla flavoring0.5 tsp ground cinnamonadditional sweetener to taste
IMPORTANT: Use a good quality cocoa powder, like Droste.
Combine cream cheese, cream, cocoa, vanilla syrup (or your own vanilla flavor) and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix at slow speed with an electric mixer. Gradually increase mixer speed until all ingredients are well mixed and form a thick mousse. Add, according to taste, vanilla flavor and/ or sweetener during mixing.
Serve with fresh berries or other fruits. Fruits not included in count.
