Santa Fe Summer Squash Soup

Ingredients
Philadelphia Cooking Creme Santa Fe 1/4 cupMilk, 2%, 1 cup*Summer Squash, 3 largeMexican Cheese, queso anejo, grated, 1 ozSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Dice squash and boil till soft. In a blender add 1 cup milk and cooked squash. Blend till soupy. Pour back into pot. Add 1/2 cup Philadelphia Santa Fe Cooking Creme, salt, and pepper. Stir over heat. Serve topped with cheese.
