Cream of Celery soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp butterwhole head of celery garlic, salt, pepper, chicken boullioncelery salt. 2 tbsp flour2c skim milk
Directions
heat 1 tbsp butter, saute celery until soft, add garlic, salt, pepper, chicken boullion, and celery salt. Sprinkle 2 tbsp flour and mix. Slowly add 2c skim milk and simmer till thickened. Puree. I top mine with 1/2c croutons.
makes 2 LARGE bowls :)

    Ditched the bouillion. Tooo much salt. Swapped in 1 cup of chicken bone broth. I did throw in other veggies as well -- onion, and a bit of spinach to my taste. Good base recipe - 2/4/19
