Baked Chicken a la Jerri

Ingredients
2/3 cup butter or margarine1/2 cup Bread crumbs2 Tbsp parmesan cheese1 tsp basil, oregano, & garlic1/4 tsp salt4 boneless skinless chicken breast1/4 cup white wine (cooking wine)1/4 cup chopped green onion1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
1.) Melt the butter/margarine in a saucepan. Set aside 1/2 cup.
2.) On wax paper combine bread crumbs, parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic, & salt.
3.) Dip each chicken breast in butter and roll in the crumb mix . Place in an ungreased baking dish.
4.) Bake near the center of oven at 375 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
5.) Add wine, onion, and parsley to 1/2 cup of melted butter set aside earlier. Pour over chicken breasts and bake 5 minutes more.


Serving Size: Makes 4 Baked Chicken Breasts (4 oz each)
