Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup green pepper, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped1 cup broccoli, chopped2 28-oz cans tomato sauce2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes3 tbsp dried oregano10 leaves fresh basil, chopped1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Add chopped onions and minced garlic to olive oil in a large saucepan.
Cook onions and garlic until translucent, then add chopped vegetables, 2 large cans of tomato sauce and 2 large cans of diced tomatoes.
Add dried oregano, chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Let sauce simmer on low, stirring occassionally, for one hour or until all vegetables are tender.
Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
