Savory Portobello Rice

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked short grained rice2 1/4 cups water1 Tbsp salt1 tsp pepper8oz Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced1 large onion2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
Chop mushrooms and onion.
Add rice, water, mushroom, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to pot.
Cook rice as normal. Allow to boil... cut temp to low, cover pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
