Three Bean Turkey Chili

1 - Package Ground Turkey Meat1 - 14.5 Oz. Can Organic Ready-Cut Diced Tomatoes1 - 14.5 Oz Can Red Kidney Beans1 - 14.5 Oz Can Black Beans2 Cups - Cooked Pinto Beans1 Medium Onion3 Oz - Chili Powder1 Cup Water
Set Up Crock Pot and add the canned beans and tomatoes. Add pre-cooked pinto beans (if you have dried pinto beans, add them to water and cook on low on stove for 30 minutes). Chop onion and brown over medium heat on stove. Add to crock pot when browned. Using the same pan, cook turkey meat and add to crock pot when cooked through. Add chili powder and water to crock pot and mix. Turn crock pot on low (8-10 hours).
I generally make the chili in the morning and it is ready when we come home for dinner. Enjoy!
