Sweet Potates w/ fresh Basil and Pecans

Ingredients
4 Med Sweet Potatoes, cooked and peeled2 Tbs Fresh Basil, must be fresh1/2 C Pecans, chopped1/2 C Fat Free Half & Half1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed2 Tbs Butter, salted1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp White or Blk Pepper
Directions
Bake Sweet Potatoes in Microwave, peel and mash in large bowl then add the following, Basil, Pecans, Half & Half, Brown Sugar, Butter, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Salt and Pepper. Bake at 350 covered for 20 min, uncovered for 10 min.
Can also be served at room temp. after cooking. This dish travels well, keeps well, and eats well. Enjoy. Thanks Mom.
