Ghirardelli Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups unsifted flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup brown sugar packed2 tsp vanilla extract2 large eggs2 cups (1 bag) Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Stir flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. Beat butter with both sugars at medium speed until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until incorporated. Gradually blend dry mixture into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
