    I made this recipe using 3 cups of fresh beans cut into 1" pieces; 3 cups of red potatoes cut into bite sized pieces; 2 t of olive oil mixed with 2 T red wine vinegar and 1 clove of garlic, chopped. I used no additional salt or pepper. A serving size (to match calorie count above) is approx 1.2 c. - 8/6/11
