Truffle Pie

Ingredients
10 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate1/2 cup whipping cream1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup flour4 eggs
Directions
Place chocolate and whipping cream in microwave safe bowl. Cook on high power for 2 minutes, until chocolate is almost melted. Stir mixture to allow chocolate to completely melt. Let cool slightly.

Add flour, sugar and eggs to chocolate and mix with wire whisk until completely combined. Pour into 9" pie plate sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven when outer edges are puffed up but center is still soft. Cool and serve.

Makes 9 1" slices.
