Cheese and garlic spread (salad)

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese, 32 oz (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 40 oz (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 cupsLemon Juice, 0.5 cup Garlic, 10 clovesAny shredded cheese will doAlso may add cayenne and black pepper if desired
Directions
Mash garlic, mix with shredded chesses, then with lemon juice, pepper (if using), and mayo.

Serve spread on just about anything.

One serving is 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz).
