1/4 cup water 2 T applesauce 1 egg white 2 T Sugar-free Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Splenda 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon table salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
whisk the egg white well in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and Syrup and mix well. Add water and applesauce and stir well.
In separate bowl whisk remaining ingredients, then stir them into the wet mixture until just combined.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
