Pita Bread and Hummus

4 pita pockets, each cut into 4 wedges1 teaspoon olive oil1 garlic clove2 cups garbanzo beans3 tablespoons lemon juice3 tablespoons sour cream1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon cumin, or more to your taste1/4 cup olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 400 degress.
2. Place pita in single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
4. Bake for 5 minutes and turn wedges over. Bake for another 5 minutes.
5. While pita is baking, process garlic in food processor.
6. Add the beans, lemon juice, sour cream, salt and cumin. Process until smooth.
7. Place hummus in a serving bowl and serve along with the pitas.
