0.5 Banana, small0.25 cup smooth style Peanut Butter1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal (ground flaxseed)2 slices Eziekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Grain Bread Organic
Slice the banana into a bowl. Add peanut butter and flaxseed. Mash all the ingredients until the desired consistancy. Note, the more ripe the banana the smoother the mixture. Top each slice of bread with half the banana mixture. Fold in half or serve as an open face sandwich.
