Baked Chicken Parmesan Pasta Sauce-APPROVED

Ingredients
4 cups Muir Glen Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce2 cups cooked chopped/shredded chicken1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour sauce into baking dish. Scatter chicken pieces top of sauce. With back of wooden spoon or spatula, pat chicken down into sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly throughout and cheese is slightly browned, about 20-30 minutes. Serve over pasta or brown rice (not calculated in totals)

Variations:
--Instead of pasta/rice, serve over steamed veggies. --Before baking, add 1-2 cups partially cooked broccoli with the chicken, mushrooms & sauce.
--Substitute mini meatballs or sliced Italian sausage for chicken.

Note: More sauce may be needed as more ingredients are added.
