Ingredients
Corn Starch - 1/2 cupWater - 2 cupsEggs - 2 largeEgg Yolks - 2 largePumpkin Pie Mix, Canned - 1 cupSplenda - 1 cupVanilla Extract - 1 tbspPumpkin Pie Spice - 1 tbsp
Directions
In a medium sauce pan wisk together all ingredients. Over medium heat cook pudding just until mixture thickens. Make sure to stir thoughout the cooking process. Spoon into serving dishes. Can be served warm or cool.
