Vidalia Dressing

Ingredients
Large vidalia onion1 cup cider vinegar1/3 cup olive oil1 cup Splenda1 T kosher salt1 tsp crushed black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Grind vidalia onion in food processor (very fine). Transfer finely ground onion to blender and add the rest of the ingredients.

Recipe makes approximately 2.5 cups of dressing. Use 1 cup per package of cole slaw mix for a great non-mayo cole slaw.Tastes great on salads also!
