Ingredients
2 packages shiratake tofu noodles1/2 cup shelled edamame soy beans1/2 package great value stir fry veggies (1/2 bag)2 tbsp peanut butter2 tbps low sodium soy sauce2 tsp garic chili paste1/2 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp minced garlic8 oz chopped cooked chicken breast
Directions
drain noodles, rinse well, and pat dry eliminating all moisture. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cut up noodles so they will incorporate well.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings approx 1 cup ea
