Ingredients2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese1 container of blue cheese crumbles or grated gorgonzola or jarlsburg Shallot pepper or Greek seasoning to taste1 hand full pecan halfs ground1 hand full coconut fine grate

Instructions
Soften cream cheese and mix thoroughly with Blue Cheese and seasonings using mixer. refridgerate 2hours Form mixture into a ball and roll in pecan coconut mix place in serving bowl return to fridge until ready to use

Serve with rye crisp or triscots assorted
