Low Fat Tater Tot Casserole

1 bag frozen tater tots1 8oz container Fat Free Greek Yogurt1 can 98% Campbell's Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup1/2 cup skim milk1 bag Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar (divided in half)1 onion, diced (red or yellow)Chopped fresh chives (optional)Salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk yogurt, soup, cream cheese and milk together.
Add tator tots, chives, onions, 1/2 of the cheddar and mix together.
Pour into greased 13X9 baking dish, sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until top begins to brown and ingredients set.
