Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
1 bag fresh cranberries (3 cups)1 orange, cut into pieces, leave skin on1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into large pieces3/4 cup sugar
Directions
Using a food processor:

Process orange chunks and apple chunks until fine and almost soupy. Pour into bowl.

Put half bag of cranberries into processor and chop until fine; pour into bowl; repeat.

Pour 3/4 cup sugar over, stir well to combine. Refrigerate overnight.

Makes 10 half cup servings.
