Joan's Low Calorie Chicken Salad with grapes & oranges

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces (remove)*Green Seedless Grapes 1-Grape, 12 serving (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .12 cup (remove)Oranges, .25 cup, sections (remove)Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced (remove)*Scallions, 0.12 cup (remove)*Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp (remove)*Sliced Almonds, 1 tbsp (remove)
Chop cooked chicken breast. Place in a mixing bowl and add the following: Twelve green grapes cut in halves, chopped small slice of red sweet pepper, 1/4 cup chopped orange sections, 1 stalk celery minced, one green onion sliced, and 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced raw almonds. Add 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and chill for at least one hour. Serves 2.
