Veggie Bacon Slaw

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 4 bunch Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Louis Rich Turkey Bacon 3 slice hellman's olive oil mayonaise, 1 CupCider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 2 tbspSalt & Pepper
Directions
In a food processor, pulse broccoli until pieces are the size of peas. Repeat with cauliflower
Place in large bowl.
Add fried bacon bits to the vegetables and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, sugar substitute, vinegar, salt and pepper to combine. Pour dressing over the salad and stir to thoroughly combine.
