Libbo's Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 oz cooked chicken breast shreaded1 ramen noodles packet without the flavor packet1 T mayo1 T fat free sour cream1/4 cup celery, (I like to include celery leaves if possible)1/4 cup onion chopped1 t curry powder Optional: salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook chicken (I steam and shread) Cook noodles, drain.
Chop onion and celery. Mix mayo and ff sour cream, curry, salt and pepper. Mix all and chill for a couple of hours if you have time. Can be served warm. Grand kids love this.
