Ingredients
Elk MeatWildtree Mushroom Soup BaseButter & MilkFF Sour CreamFresh MushroomsWhite WineOnion & garlicEVOO
Directions
Saute onion until clear, add garlic saute 1 minute, add elk or beef & cook until brown. While meat is cooking make Wildtree Mushroom base with milk & butter. Add Mushroom soup base, add mushrooms, & white wine. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook 30 min to 2 or 3 hours. Longer you cook better it tastes & meat gets more tender. Last 15 min add sour cream to taste. Enjoy over favorite pasta! :)
