Ingredients
3 c whole wheat flour1 c shortening, margarine, butter 1 c flax meal1 cup + 1/4 cup water
Directions
cut together flour and shortening, add flax meal and 1/4 cup water, Mix in 1 cup water.

Roll out and bake as usual for pies.

serving calculations are based on a single crust pie.
makes 4 crusts either 2 tops and two bottoms or 4 single crusts. 8 servings per pie
