Chicken Scampi

Ingredients
2 small chicken breasts, cubed2 tbsp light butter3 scallions, chopped1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder1 tsp ground dry mustard1 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1. Melt butter in large frying pan on medium-low heat.
2. Add seasonings and scallions and toss with spatula.
3. Add cubed chicken. Cook one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes. Flip again to ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly; remove from heat.
4. Serve over pasta or with veggies.
